What founders ask first.
Do you only work with professional-service firms?+
No. Spinoffs from established firms are our home turf — it's where the framework shines — but the same six rungs launch any startup, spinoff or new venture. The free 12-minute First Filter tells us, honestly, whether there's a fit.
How is this different from a typical agency?+
Agencies sell hours and time-and-materials. We sell decisions and outcomes at a fixed price — we kill bad ideas in days, and build only what earns the build. The output is a working product, not a deck, and the IP is yours.
How do you charge?+
Fixed fee, in EUR, agreed before we start. Through the build there's no equity and no time-and-materials surprises, and you keep all the IP: First Filter free; Opportunity Scan €1,000; Blueprint & PoC €10,000; MVP from €20,000. All prices in EUR, excl. VAT. From Path to PMF onward, where we lean in and co-build, we can also structure hybrid or equity terms — decided together, never assumed.
What if my idea doesn't survive the first 12 minutes?+
Then we saved you months. First Filter is built to be honest: if we don't see chemistry, market signal, or unfair advantage, we tell you on the call. No deck theatre.
Who owns the IP and the brand?+
You do. We can also operate as your white-label technical wing — your know-how, your brand, our execution stack behind it.
Do you sign NDAs before the first call?+
Yes. Send yours, or use ours. We treat every pitch as confidential by default.
What if I already have a small team?+
Even better. We integrate as the senior layer your team is missing — usually CTO, CMO, or architect-level — and accelerate what you already have.
Which markets and verticals do you serve?+
Czech Republic and the Netherlands are our home base; we work across the EU. Verticals we've operated in: legal, advisory, consulting, medical and dental, financial services, and specialised B2B services. If your practice has a defensible methodology and a client base, we can probably help.
Who runs the product after MVP launch?+
One of our core COPS tech teams. You don't inherit an orphaned codebase or a freelancer's drawer of unfinished tickets. Ongoing build, maintenance and scaling stay with the people who built it — for as long as it makes sense for the venture.
