1. Who we are (Data Controller)
This website, launch12.ai ("LAUNCH 12"), is operated by COPS Solutions. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at sales@cops.solutions, or by post at either office:
COPS Solutions — Amsterdam · Weesperstraat 115, 1018 VN Amsterdam, NetherlandsCOPS Solutions — Prague · Thámova 16, 186 00 Praha 8-Karlín, Czech Republic
Add the full legal entity name, registered address, company/VAT number, and — if one is appointed — your Data Protection Officer's contact details here.
2. What we collect
- Information you give us — when you use the contact/idea form or email us (name, email, company, and the message you send). We use it only to reply to you and assess a possible engagement.
- Usage data — if, and only if, you consent to analytics, we collect anonymised statistics about how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate region, device/browser type) via Google Analytics 4.
3. Cookies & similar technologies
We only place non-essential cookies after you opt in. Until you choose, analytics and marketing storage stay disabled (we use Google Consent Mode v2, which defaults to denied). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via .
| Category | Purpose | Set when | Examples |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Core site function and remembering your consent choice | Always | l12_consent_v1 (localStorage) |
| Analytics | Anonymous usage measurement to improve the site (Google Analytics 4) | Only after you accept analytics | _ga, _ga_* |
| Marketing | Ad measurement / remarketing (Google) | Only after you accept marketing | Google Ads cookies |
4. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for analytics and marketing cookies. You may withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it.
- Legitimate interest / pre-contract steps (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)) — to respond to enquiries you send us and to keep the site secure.
5. Third parties & processors
Subject to your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd). Google processes data as described in its own policies. Depending on how the form is wired, form submissions may also be handled by an email or form processor. Data may be transferred outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (e.g. the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses).
List every processor you actually use (analytics, form/email service, hosting/CDN, booking tool such as Microsoft Bookings) with a link to its terms, and confirm the transfer safeguard for each.
6. How long we keep data
Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period. Analytics data retention is set in Google Analytics (commonly 2–14 months). Your consent choice is stored until you change it or clear your browser storage.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email sales@cops.solutions. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. the Czech Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů or the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will reflect any change.
