1. Who these terms are with

This website, launch12.ai ("LAUNCH 12"), and any engagement arranged through it are provided by COPS Solutions ("we", "us"). By using the site or entering an engagement, you agree to these terms. Our offices:

2. What we provide

LAUNCH 12 is a venture-building service delivered in fixed-fee phases (from a 12-minute pitch to a launched MVP and beyond). The website presents information about the service; nothing on it is a binding offer. Each engagement is governed by a separate written agreement whose terms prevail over these where they conflict.

3. Fees

Fees for each phase are quoted and agreed in writing before work starts, in EUR and excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are set out in the engagement agreement.

4. Intellectual property

Your IP stays yours. Subject to full payment, you own the deliverables and IP we create for you under an engagement, as set out in the engagement agreement.
Our materials. The website, the LAUNCH 12 name and marks, and our underlying tools, methods and know-how remain ours. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

5. Confidentiality

We treat every pitch and engagement as confidential by default and will sign an NDA before the first call on request. Each party protects the other's confidential information.

6. Acceptable use of the site

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, disrupt service, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend access for misuse.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Liability under an engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Third-party links & tools

The site links to third-party services (e.g. a booking tool and, with your consent, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party sites or their content; their own terms apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, and disputes are subject to the competent courts there.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects any change. Material engagement terms are only changed by written agreement.
