A dental procedure is stressful, and the patient's real experience — fear, pain, recovery — is mostly invisible to the clinic. Pain is subjective, so it rarely becomes something a practice can see or act on.
A patient mobile app paired with a clinic web app. In the days before a procedure it opens a channel between patient and clinic — a standardised explainer video and check-ins on how the patient feels mentally, socially and physically. Around the procedure it captures a pain graph and pre-procedure questionnaire; afterwards it supports recovery.
Subjective pain becomes a visible signal and the clinic gets structured feedback it can act on. Multi-tenant for dental offices, EU-hosted patient data, Czech market first.

As technology partner for UA.SUPPORT, we stood up the matching platform in a matter of days, engineered to run efficiently under sudden, heavy load.
The platform went on to help around 5,000 people, delivering pro-bono legal aid worth nearly €2 million.
